Return Policy

At Thousand Oaks Furniture and Objects, each piece is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Many of our works are produced in small batches or made to order, and in some cases tailored specifically for each project.

 

For this reason, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

That said, your experience matters deeply to us. We take great care to ensure that every piece meets our standards before it leaves our studio. We encourage clients to review product details, dimensions, materials, and finishes carefully prior to placing an order, and we are always happy to assist with questions or additional information.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the original packaging. We will review each case thoughtfully and work with you and the delivery provider to find the best possible resolution.

 

Questions Before Ordering

If you are unsure about a material, finish, scale, or suitability for your space, we encourage you to reach out before purchasing. Thoughtful conversations early on help ensure each piece feels right in its final home.
