​Thousand Oaks Furniture and Objects works with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure each piece is handled with care from our studio to its destination.

 

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

We currently ship within Thailand using selected third-party logistics providers, depending on the product type, size, and delivery location.
Once your order is confirmed, we will share the estimated delivery timeframe and shipping details accordingly.

Responsibility for the order transfers to the third-party delivery provider at the time of pickup from our facility.

 

International Orders

For clients outside Thailand, we are happy to assist on a case-by-case basis.
Due to variations in product size, materials, customs regulations, and delivery requirements, international shipping is not processed automatically through our website.

Delivery & Risk

All shipments are handled by independent third-party carriers. While we assist in coordinating delivery as a service to our clients, these carriers assume responsibility for the items once collected.

We kindly ask clients to carefully inspect all items upon delivery and before the delivery team departs. In the rare event of visible damage, please document it immediately with the carrier and notify us within 24 hours, including clear photographs of the item and packaging.

 

Damages, Loss & Insurance

Thousand Oaks Furniture and Objects is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft that occurs during shipping or after delivery by third-party providers.
Any insurance claims related to shipping will be handled through the carrier, and clients are responsible for any applicable insurance deductibles.
